He replaced them right on the spot. I can get in and out of my garage! I will definitely hire him in the spring to replace my old doors and have time to budget them!

Brian recently bailed us out of a crisis where the garage door wouldn't close or open and it was 2 degrees outside. He came at 9pm and got the door to open and close. We are replacing everything (doors, openers, etc.) and will use Brian and Door Pro. Highly recommend!

I'm… Read more We were very pleased when Door Pro came to work on our aging door openers...replacing several springs and pulleys and fixing a broken keypad vs. pushing complete door opener replacement. I'm writing today because six months later our keypad was on the fritz and someone came by same day while in the area (we live in Hopkinton) and figured out the problem (no charge). Much appreciated!!

But this past weekend one of the openers suddenly stopped working not a mechanical problem). We called, and even though it was a holiday weekend got a call back and a promise to stop by yesterday morning. Eric came, saw the problem, replaced the unit, reprogrammed our remotes, and did all that at no cost to us. We highly recommend Door Pro without reservation.
