Brian recently bailed us out of a crisis where the garage door wouldn't close or open and it was 2 degrees outside. He came at 9pm and got the door to open and close. We are replacing everything (doors, openers, etc.) and will use Brian and Door Pro. Highly recommend!

I'm writing today because six months later our keypad was on the fritz and someone came by same day while in the area (we live in Hopkinton) and figured out the problem (no charge).
